Ingredients
- 2 bars Ghirardelli dark chocolate
- 12 count dried star fruit pieces
- 2 tablespoons candied ginger, cut into small slivers
- 3 tablespoons cacao nibs
Instructions
Melt chocolate in a glass dish at 30 seconds in the microwave. Stir, then melt an additional 30 seconds, stirring after till smooth.
Pour melted chocolate into a silicone mold or candy mold tray.
Place each star fruit into your chocolate.
Sprinkle cacao nibs over top, and press in the candied ginger slivers into the chocolate.
Cool for 20 minutes in refrigerator or until firm.
Pop out each mold by gently pressing on the bottom of each in an upward motion.
Enjoy a sweet chewy treat with spiced notes of ginger. The crunchy cacao nibs contrast well with the star fruit.
