Cut and cube watermelon, freeze overnight. Place frozen watermelon and rest of ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until super smooth.
Freeze in a glass dish to reblend later or go ahead and scoop yourself some sweet summer sunshine and enjoy! For a tipsy flamingo, just float a jig of you fav vodka, rum, or tequila on top.
