Bring the heat, KC! Well, this is how I envision a great Super Bowl chow down. Sweet, spicy Sriracha meatballs, need I say more? Okay, you might need to wash it down with a Watkins style rally shot. Follow me @lisacarolsprague on Instagram for that 🙂

Description
We love #15 and this recipe is in honor of you! Go Chiefs!
Ingredients
- 2 lb bag of frozen meatballs (I prefer making them but no pressure)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Sriracha sauce
- 12 ounce canned jellied cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
Precook meatballs if making homemade. Drain and place in crockpot. If using frozen meatballs, add to crockpot.
Best to make meatballs from scratch: 2 lb. lean ground beef, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1/2 cup minced onion, S+P, two eggs mixed well. Form into 2 inch balls and bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes. Flash freeze, and store till ready to make this recipe.
In a small mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, sriracha sauce, honey, and cranberry sauce.
Pour sauce over meatballs and cook low for 3 hours. Stir occasionally.
Serve meatballs skewered with pretzel sticks, enjoy!
