grilled portebella burgers

Any bun you want - Sometimes I use a flat ciabatta bread cut into sections and sliced then drizzled little olive oil on the halves and toasted on the grill. Today, just a nice bun from the local bakery.

In a large bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients. Place mushroom caps into the bowl and toss. Let sit, occasionally turning, for 30 minutes. Preheat grill to about 400 degrees. Oil grates, then put mushrooms on for 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Create your winner dinner with suggested toppings above.

Compliment this meal with some Hot Crash Sriracha Taters or Grilled Goat Cheese Stuffed Piquillo Peppers and a nice mixed green salad.
