Ingredients
- 2 bars Ghirardelli white chocolate
- 3 tablespoons Toasted coconut flakes
- 3 tablespoons dried mango, cut into slivers
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions
Add one tablespoon chia seeds, two tablespoons of the mango and two tablespoons of the coconut flakes to chocolate and mix well.
Carefully pour melted chocolate into molds. Once filled tap gently on the counter to settle the chocolate evenly.
Sprinkle remaining coconut flakes, mango, and chia seeds on top.
Cool for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Pop out solid chocolates by pressing upward under each square.
