A Crossbreed of all Foodies

chillin’ with chia

Seriously, you are gonna find out soon enough– I have a crush on chia seeds. When I first discovered chia seeds I was just throwing them in for good measure in protein shakes. But now, I cannot go a week without making this for breakfast. So go ahead, and calm your cravings with these cool easy whip ups. Not only will you feel groovy and full, you will probably kill those push ups, too.

Chia seed pudding is versatile with throw-ins like kiwi, grapefruit, and beloved blood oranges. Or we have a few more options for you!

These have become a few of my personal dine and dash B.A.M. (breakfast at Mac), pre-workout snack and even a late night Jimmy Fallon treat. I promise as old school as chia sounds, aka the smeared clay heads we grew to in the 70’s, you are gonna be surprised at how energized, clear minded and glow-like you are gonna feel. I am chia challenging you to give this a whirl.
